Terms and Conditions 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

EXCEPTION: If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please email us within a week of receiving it and we will be happy to replace the damaged item for you.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct and not missing any information. If packages get shipped back to us due to an invalid address - we are not responsible to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct address. 

Once we ship a package, if the tracking information says it has been delivered, we unfortunately are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen. Please reach out to us though and we can try and help with the claims process with the courier company. 

If one of the products in our boxes is somehow out of stock, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
